Belth needs a sig

Alright, so its simple, I need a new sig. So I thought, "Why not make it a contest?"

Rules are simple, the sig must either contain
1.) Lucy from Elfen Lied
2.) Jigglypuff

Any colors, whatever you think looks best as long as it uses one or both of those. Prizes are

1st) 2500 gold
2nd) 1000 gold
3rd) 500 gold

I will most likely use 1st 2nd and 3rd in a sig (Combined like the one I have currently) with another kick ass one. The contest lasts for 1 month. OR once there are 5 entrants, a week from then.
