I can't really help you make a game unless you know how to use ActionScript. Do you anything about it?

See thats the thing, it's to general.
Before you can make a game you need to understang that a game
is made up of many...MANY dofferemt parts.
THINK OF IT AS A HUMAN BODY< WHERE SMALLER ORGANISMS (sorry shift)
work together to make a larger organism work.
To start off I think the first link would definitely benifit you in understanding what scriptin is, and the many names of which you need to know.
Before doing four oyu may want just 1 character able to work.
Here is probably the best place to start
Onc yu have narrowed it done, and start taking it step by step, I'm sure we can find ways to help you.
Also, for new omers to flash...
want to know about effects in photoshop, or maybe some basics in flash?
Graphic Arts forum can supply you some of the most precise and easy to understand information you need with visual tutorials.
Also, this place is one huge flash tut depo!

I think me and many other people need a tutroial for this. So if you can explain plz do.

I am currently working on my new game and other projects and I was wondering would anyone be able to make a good tutorial on how to use the Vcam? I cant quite understand how to use it. If you can plz make a topic in the tutorials section. Thx in advance. Very Happy

Also could someone make a good tutorial for making a sprite fall thru plarforms when holding a certain key for a certain amount of time.

PS: I got the Vcam from the Oreily thing and the waterfall animation but they dont seem to work on my projects. Does the Vcam work in Flash 8? It works on the waterfall thing but nothing else.

Can someone make a tutorial on how to make a MC alwasy face a certain MC or object? Like in a fighting game make player1 always face player2? Is there a way to do this in flash?
